That, when a regular Commandant is

appointed, the adjutancy should be filled

by a regular officer attached from the garrison,

and accorded a suitable monthly allowance paid

by the Colonial Government.

And I also endorse the recommendation of the

Commandant that the permanent staff of the Corps be strengthen-

ed by the posting of a Staff-Serjeant, R.A.0.C. to act as

Armourer and Orderly Room Serjeant.

7.

Finally, I would submit that Chapter 9 of

"Notes on the Land and Air Forces of the British Overseas

Dominions, Colonies, etc", should be brought up to date in

accordance with the details contained in the attached report.
